Intentional Creativity Sessions
A Note from the Narrator
Every year we discuss refilming these early presentations. But we also love you to have a first hand experience of a movement that has evolved over the years! This recording from 2014 is one of the earlier streaming events, presented live from the Cosmic Cowgirls Studio. Note that Shiloh Sophia was exploring how to language distinctions and there are concepts presented in these early discussions that were subsequently developed.
- For example we now call this style of working on watercolor paper as an "Intentional Creativity Session" but in this early presentation she calls them "Red Thread Sessions". Later she went on to write The Way of the Red Thread book and create the Red Thread Training to certify Intentional Creativity Guides and a "Red Thread Session" became a different term.
- Similarly at this early point in the evolution of the Training, graduates could decide whether to become an IC Coach by focusing on these IC Sessions or an IC Teacher by focusing on the painting. In more recent years Shiloh developed an fantastic separate "Motherboard" curriculum for those who want to be Intentional Creativity Coaches.

MEDICINE BASKET (1.25 hrs)
Introduction with the Rainbow Woman Poem from the Color of Woman Journal. Sharing of Shiloh's story of developing the journal. An inviting you to consciously develop your own medicine basket for your beloved. Reminder that this is not about presenting a specific template but about preparing you to hold space with paper, paint and sharpie.
