Introducing Catt Z + Cosmic Smashbooking!
My Name is Catt Z aka Cathlene Fishman. I am the creator of Cosmic Smash Booking, a mash up between traditional art journaling and Intentional Creativity. This unique art form was created during COW training in 2012, it is used by therapists, coaches, and light workers with their clients, patients and beloveds. I love stepping into dangerous territory and bringing others with me on the journey. I bring the fun, wisdom, magic, adventure, and courage to assist you in healing yourself enough so you may go out and heal others.

More about my Journey
In 2011 I was driving my motorhome, Hazelena, down a long pass near my home returning to Southern California from Montana after being on the road by myself for six weeks. I felt empowered and something was still missing. As I put Hazelena into a lower gear, I asked The Spirit Who Guides Me to show me where my tribe was at, where was the Divine Feminine and even what it meant.
I mentioned it to a woman who shared with me there was a young woman in Healdsburg who was doing amazing work with the Divine Femine. I learned about Shiloh Sophia McCloud and learned about her current year long class, The Red Madonna and I joined. The first lesson was to paint on canvas. I created my own “Gingerbread Madonna” and realized I was and had always been an artist.
I then learned about COW and I knew it held my future, my legacy, my Soul Work.
Over the last seven years over 80,000 people have seen Cosmic Smash Booking. Currently 70 teachers have taken the “Teach The Teacher” training and are out in the world using Cosmic Smash Booking to transform the world.
What makes my process unique for women who have wisdom to share with the world, have a heart to serve and are being called to be seen is the power to crush the perfectionist and bypass the critic to get at the deeper messages.
Artists use it to clear blocks, therapists use it to help their patients get to the real issue quickly and transform the experience, creatives use it to get to their own internal information that eludes them using traditional methods.
