MUSE FUSE LIVESTREAM

(Public Event Presented March 28 2021)

This Live class was intended as a demonstration- so that you can see how Shiloh Sophia might lead a quick painting process online.

Suggestion is to participate as a student while keeping your teacher eyes open to the possibilities!

Note from Shiloh
"We touched on each of the 13 steps even briefly. We did in a day what could also take place over six months or a year. You bring to it what you choose. I hope today both inspired and provoked to you toward your Muse and your own courage in leading Intentional Creativity online."

AMUSED (2020)

Muse based Intentional Creativity Sessions

These demos from 2020 are not required assignments but they're definitely recommended. The Muse is a great template for teaching!

Amused One: Integrating the Critic and the Muse

This three-part painting process, is about inviting the students to listen closely to the voices of the Critic and the Muse and move into a place of integration. The hope is to access a more true inner voice, heal the fragmentation between  outside eyes and inside eyes,  heart and mind,  left brain and your right brain. This process is demoed on watercolor paper.

Amused Two: A Healing Journey with the Muse

In this second process we are inviting the student to begin with listening to heart before the mind. For our purposes, consider the heart being the seat of the Muse, the mind being the seat of the Critic. This process invites an exciting integration relationship between heart and mind, aka muse and critic.

Making a new pathway of connection between these voices will enable you to curate and navigate how you speak to yourself, how you access your intuition and how your imagination can give you clues from the hidden self.

Critic And The Muse (2018)

An Intentional Creativity Session

For use when you want to

  • Access an idea you want to bring into form using Intentional Creativity.
  • Explore the idea of the critic and the muse and how they can work together to move you closer to that idea.
  • Discover how right and left brain work together with the heart to show us what we might not be seeing.
  • Drawing and thinking about your idea at the same time, and how that changes the idea and how it can come into form.
