Flow Nouveau Class
Description: Experiencing Joy and State Changes with Intentional Creativity in this abstract medicine painting journey
Focus: Right-and-left Brain + Heart + Hands
Core Values/Idea: Learn how Intentional Creativity works with intuition so you can use this as a practice in your life
You will experience Painting Two, Flow Nouveau in the context of the greater community. In this cycle you are part of a circle of āGuardians in Trainingā focused on witnessing and learning the basics of IC, holding space for the greater community, witnessing their process, learning the edges and discussing what worked and didnāt work. You can think of this as a train the trainer experience. You are the Guardians of IC so witnessing the process of others and assisting them is one of the truest ways to become carriers of the teachings!
We will share with you every aspect of the journey for leading this online class, including the budget and more so you can see how you too can lead virtually. This one is also in person so you can see that set up as well. The blessings and the challenges. You have two weeks to begin and finish this painting #reallife MOST of the juicy and hard things we need to learn happen not in private studios, but in the community in action. Those of you who are local who want to travel can attend to āassistā in the creation of the experience. Seeing behind the scenes on all levels of organization. Learn the weekend format in person, and virtually holding space.

FLOW NOUVEAU SUBMISSIONS
Required submissions for those seeking Uni Credit and those desiring to complete.
Please complete the following seven assignments. We recommend that you compile all your writings and photos in one place on your computer and then copy paste/upload into the submissions area when it becomes available.
- PAINTING - Complete your Flow Nouveau Painting by going through all the videos from the weekend. You'll upload two photos in submissions. (1) a photo of the completed painting and (2) a picture of you in front of your canvas (this is practice for when you build out your invitations).
- WATCH: The Cohort Recording from 9/25
- ACHIEVE: This is your stretch invitation! For the assignment we'll ask you to share a reflection on how you chose to elaborate on your Flow experience. Two possible options are 1. Connect with Kelly House on contributing to the teaching outline (post is here).Ā 2. Participate in the October 6 call. But you can also find your own stretch!
- WRITING (Personal) Write one page about your experience with the Flow Nouveau journey personally: what you noticed, what arose for you.
- TEACHING (Transpersonal)
Write a one page draft of a class you might teach using Medicine painting and/or the process within Flow Nouveau. Consider starting with step zero as preparation and then go through. Consider a one day workshop or a two day - how would you share it and about what topic? Hint: Think back to LEGEND and your Essential Wisdom - if you were to teach a class ON YOUR Essential Wisdom using part of the Flow Nouveau process - what would you teach on? Create your class from that perspective. - READING Read through the Medicine Painting pdf- while we used these ideas we didn't call them out directly. We want you to understand it so you can work with it in your work with your clients.
- REFLECTIONS: How was this module for you? How was it wearing teacher and student hat? Did you comment on the work of others, or just share your process? How might you like to structure your time differently the next time we do this - where there is Origins curriculum being shared with the greater community?Ā
Heart Coherence Meditation and Metacognitive Painting Process
This class is designed as an experimental process and not a specific visual outcome. It's about creating a state change and increased coherence and clarity
Materials: Watercolor paper/Journal, Acrylic or watercolors (5-7 colors) A few brushes including a round, spray bottle or water jar
SUBMISSION: In this assessment you will (1) upload a picture of your completed painting from the Heart Coherence Meditation and Metacognitive Painting Process (2) Reflect on your experience including your personal process and how you might incorporate this into a class to teach.

I am inviting you to sit with your painting. To journey into any part of the painting as a portal point and let a poem arise, let language come. Intentional Creativity Guardians need access to language, but in our case we are super lucky because we have an image to journey into and through.
Constellation of Being Coordinates
Ā Please come ask questions. Make edits. Make comments The idea is that you will be able to guide your guests and yourself through each of the coordinates to create a specific repair and illumination. Each area where the coordinates can ALIGN reveals a SOUL POWER which is a potential within each person. The Soul power needs to connect directly with the Archetype - but those haven't been outlined yet beyond the basic idea. The coordinates we have chosen aren't ALL of them but they are the least abstract and most tangible as a lived experience in the life of a human that came through this transmission. And if there are too many more it gets cumbersome. We need this to be accessible, livable and teachable as sacred teachings we work with to reveal our own work. They should be mostly neutral but potent - and able to apply to any spiritual tradition or culture that acknowledges Soul, Spirit, Soma and Self.
