The Muse Painting

Gaining Access

A Note from the Narrator

Welcome to the Muse! Pre-pandemic the Muse event was absolutely a favorite in person gathering. And each time a new group of women came together and the livestream camera turned on, Shiloh Sophia presented the material in slightly different ways. As your primary experience we will be sharing this phenomenally eloquent presentation from 2018. We will also share the 2019 event for a second quick walk through of the steps. We recommend walking through both presentations one (or more) times as preparation for teaching your painting workshop.

As you paint the steps, actively visualize yourself demoing each step. Where will you stand? What might you say to your audience? (We've seen toys employed as encouraging audience here!) Notice what you will need to practice in order to gain confidence.

The Muse is the heart of the 13 Steps. Get ready for new access!

A reminder that you can click the four arrows in the corner to watch in full screen. There is also an option to view at slower or faster speeds which can be found under the gear icon. Increasing the speed is a good option if you are a fast audio processor.

The notes under videos are brand new, if you see any typos, errors or omissions, I so appreciate you letting me know via email at [email protected].

THE MUSE EVENT (8.5 video hours)

This is a walk through of a 13 Step Painting Workshop on the theme of the Muse, exploring the inquiry "How do you get access to your true information?" Experience Shiloh's presentation and as you practice each step, imagine yourself demoing it for your own students.

Download the PDF to read along with the presentation. Note that the same steps, with minor edits, are in your IC Guidebook (printed the year after this Livestream). Find them in the Guidebook starting at page 51.
