The three month open submission period for those working on assignments ends September 30th. If you plan to certify and need additional time after October 1st, an extension for certification is available on a month by month basis for up to one year with a fee of $50/mo.
If $50/mo is too much of a financial hardship, you can reduce the monthly payment to $25/mo by adding the promo code scholarship25 or to $5/mo with the promo code scholarship5. Your extension payment plan will continue for 12 months or until you submit for certification. If you are unable to submit in that year and wish to certify, you will be required to retake the Training.
If you decide not to certify, please confirm your decision and your agreement to only use the material for personal use by filling out the exit survey
CERTIFICATION COMPLETION STEPS
- Complete your Soulwork Project then share general reflections on your project and where your project can be accessed in Submissions.
- Complete your Initiate Book. Upload to the π Musea Dropbox π account or share an alternative download link. You will confirm details in Submissions.
- Pay your $250 Certification Fee HERE or request a waiver. The $250 fee includes review of your portfolio, mailed certificate, inclusion in the Educator's Directory and invitation to the Guild.
- Professional Profile Assignment As preparation for submitting your information to the Educator's Directory, gather the following as applicable: Business name, email, phone, website, mailing, tagline, social media link, 2-3 sentences invitation to your offerings. You'll share your answers in Submissions and then fill out the Educator's Directory Form HERE.
- Letter to the Guild Assignment. Write a letter introducing yourself to the community that we can share as we welcome you into the private iMusea app group. What do you want to share about yourself and your Soulwork with the greater community of IC Teachers, Coaches and Guides? There are currently over 400 members of the Guild! What are you excited about bringing to the movement and how would you like to be known? This is an opportunity invite collaboration and celebrate your journey. In addition to your writing include an image of yourself or a favorite painting to be shared! Add your letter and photo in Submissions
- Confirm your current details and reflect on your journey by filling out the Certificate & Graduation Form HERE
- The very final Assessment is the Certification Review Request which you will submit after you have completed all the other assessments plus the items above. Your review will be completed within 4 months from your request. And yes - you are encouraged to join the Guild during the review process. The Support Team is absolutely honored to read your Initiate Book and already applauding you loudly & enthusiastically! Congratulations. Request your review in Submissions

Legend: Foundational Painting One
π¨ If you are currently working on your Legend Painting, plan your time to complete the videos by October 31. We recommend that you complete the "Welcome to Center Activities" above and then focus on your Legend. You can alternate with the additional assignments of Codex, Storyteller and the IC Sessions (coming 10/11) or work through the assignments in the order of this page. Codex: Your Creative Practice
π¨ To begin this year long creative practice painting you will need one of the large canvases listed on the Materials list (Shiloh demos on 4x5) and in addition to basic painting supplies, you will need black gesso or black paint. Half Day IC Sessions
π¨ Take a trip through time as you participate in these two Color of Woman stream events from 2014 introducing Intentional Creativity Sessions! You'll give Medicine Basket (1.5 hrs), House of the Heart (40 min), and Soulful Story Cards (2.25 hrs) a try in anticipation of choosing one for your first workshop. βοΈ/π¨ Storyteller Livestream Get ready for a beautiful story rich community gathering! You'll want a cup of tea and time to steep yourself in The Storyteller Event! The presented storybook project is not required but we highly recommend that you complete the process for yourself. (2.5 hrs plus additional 4 hrs for the project.)
π¨ Cosmic Smashbook For those familiar with/interested in exploring Cosmic Smashbooking with Catt Z, there is a set of videos she created in 2016 to use with the Color of Woman Training. These are for your personal use. The first five videos introduce the practice and focus on Legend. Love it? Continue through the series on your own as the compass turns! (1.75 hrs)

One Day IC Sessions
You'll watch Muse Fuse, Amused, plus any of the courses on the Optional Painting Classes page in anticipation of teaching your second practice teaching event two.
π¨ Muse Fuse Get excited about the potential of teaching a shorter class on the Muse. While watching Shiloh's 2021 Muse Fuse, consider how you would adjust and teach a one day. Watch Shiloh's invitation and the livestream on the Muse Fuse Page (5.25 hours)
π¨ Amused Muse based Intentional Creativity Sessions includes Integrate the Critic and the Muse: A three-part Intentional Creativity process for healing fragmentation and connecting left and right brain! (1.2 hours) and A Healing Journey with the Muse: Heal the Fragmentation Within to Access A More True Voice (2 hrs) Find both sessions plus links to more extensive dashboards on the Amused Page.
π¨ Alternatively you can choose another shorter painting course as your template for your day long second practice event. We recommend Dancing Between worlds but you are welcome to choose any from the courses on the Optional Painting Classes Page.

Preparation for 13 Step Workshop
βοΈ Create your Teaching Cue Cards. The 2019 version of the Muse 13 Step Painting Workshop (3.25 hours) explores the same inquiry "How do you get access to your own information?" While you watch through this quicker second round we invite you to create a card deck similar to soulful story cards with notes about what prompts you'll include when you teach. π Note that this assignment can wait until closer to your 13 Step Painting Workshop (Practice Teaching Event Four). If you haven't completed the three IC Sessions from Center, those are a priority after Muse.

Round One Coaching Sessions with Stella Mac
Available through the end of February
π§Ά Only one coaching session with Stella Mac is required for Certification. But you have an opportunity for two! First round slots are available January & February. Second round slots will be available in April & May. If you would like to take advantage of both, you'll need to book your first session asap.
To book, download the pdf of the 13 questions and answer them in your journal and then submit via the Submissions area. When you're complete you'll receive access to book an appointment. VISIONARY Foundational Painting Five
π¨ This final Foundational Painting is based on the 2018 Visionary Event (4 hours) in which Shiloh demonstrates a graphic style version of a 13 Step painting focused on bringing an idea through the Right Brain Left Brain and Heart. This series is an abbreviated form of the 13 steps (return to the Muse for the detailed version) and is meant to inspire you to choose how you want to work with the steps in your own classes. Process is available on the Visionary Page.
Codex: Your Creative Practice
βοΈ For certification you are required to complete your painting through Codex 08: Claiming. In addition to a photo of your painting with tools claimed, you will also submit a draft writing of your "Forward Dare" and a writing about one of the tools you've claimed. All information is available on the Codex Page.
